One time I wanted to hook up three monitors to my PowerMac AV. I read in the owner's manual that it could be done using a special connector on the video port. I called all of the mail-order catalogs, I visited all of the local computer vendors, and they all scratched their heads. They had no idea what I was talking about. In desperation I called Apple Help at SOS-APPLE. After I described my problem, the cheery Apple help person asked for my zip code. After a minute he came back on with, "You, my friend, are in luck. You live in the same area as Ralph Lewis, one of the top Macintosh experts in the country!"

He was right; Ralph knew what I wanted and fixed me up in no time flat.
